Permit

I took Tawnya today to get her permit again. She had to let the other one run out because she never had enough hours. With our main car being a company car it's hard for her to get very many hours.
Tonight her dad asked her if she would drive to worship with him and take his jeep. I think that meant a lot to her that he wanted to do that for her.
This one doesn't expire till she is 18 so hopefully she can get enough hours, at least they said we could transfer the hours from the last one to this one. Also she will be having drivers ed at school next year.
It poured the rain as we were getting out to go in, she passed and said the rain must be good luck because it rained last time she got it.
And unlike when i got mine, years ago and you couldn' t smile, her picture on her permit is really good she looks really tan in it. :-)

Going to the camper tomorrow, some friends of ours are having a b-day party there saturday, that should be fun and we get to meet some of the family we haven't yet.
